Dr. Jona Szakacs
Born and raised just fifteen minutes from Pine Creek Dental, Dr. Jona Szakacs is deeply rooted in Calgary. Dr. Szakacs brings a unique blend of creativity, scientific knowledge, and community connection to Pine Creek Dental in Calgary. With a bachelor’s degree of science in kinesiology from the University of Calgary, Dr. Szakacs’ journey to dentistry was inspired by his summers spent as a Wildland Firefighter. It was during this time he discovered his true calling in healthcare, driven by a desire to enhance the quality of life for others.
Since graduating from dental school in 2020, Dr. Szakacs has expanded his expertise through a postgraduate residency program at the University of Alberta and the University of Alberta Hospital, focusing on the management of complex medical and dental conditions. He has been practicing in private practice since 2021, enriching the lives of his patients with a wide range of specialized services.
